Even though they checked with us an hour before if we were coming or not they still didn't prepare the room ready by the time we checked in. I felt like the service was kind of slow. This hotel is very far from mall road and other site seeing places Better book your rooms through online rather than from a tourist agent. We have called reception for drinking water twice but there was no response. And people working in reception has attitude problem.
This hotel was booked by our tourist agent (Hindustan travel company) they said it is a super deluxe but is no where near that.
